I can't send/receive emails and I'm getting an error: Connection to the server has failed |

If you are unable to send or receive emails and you are getting an error about "connection to the server has failed", it is most likely due to one of the two possibilities below:
First, let's make sure you are connected to the internet:
If you are connected to the Internet, then you'll need to try closing and re-opening your Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express email software and trying to send/receive emails again. If you still have the same error, please shut down your computer and try again later. If the error continues to persist, please contact technical support. |
