If you are away from your computer or office and need to check your email online, you can use the online Webmail to check your account for new messages.

Please note that Webmail will only show you the messages that have been received since the last time you checked your email with an email software like Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. This is because your email software automatically moves emails from Webmail to your computer and therefore, when you log into Webmail, it will only be able to show you the messages that have not been moved yet.

To check your email account online, go to your web browser and open your website. At the end of your website URL, ensure that you remove any slashes, and add :2095 to it. Click on the "Go" button and you will be able to login to webmail.

For example, if your dot com name is www.mywebsite.com then the steps involved would be:
  1. Open your Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox web browser
  2. Go to: www.mywebsite.com:2095
  3. When asked for a username, enter your full email address
  4. When asked for a password, enter your email account's password
  5. You will be shown a screen with 3 Webmail Options: Neomail, Horde & Squirrel Mail
  • For quick and easy access to your emails, click on Neomail
  • For a feature-rich and full-fledged webmail, click on Horde
