If You Have Not Yet Installed IncrediMail
- Download IncrediMail at http://www.incredimail.com/english/download/ and run the installer.
- During the installation of IncrediMail, click "Other" when the screen asks "Select your email account from the list below or click Other if you are not sure"
- Fill in your name, email address and password and click next
- Select POP3 and input your incoming and outgoing mail server as: mail.yourdomain.com and click next
- You are now ready to use IncrediMail as your email client

If You Already Have IncrediMail Installed
- In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts...'
- In the 'Mail Accounts' window that opens, the click 'Add' button to add a new email account
- At this point, the 'Account Wizard' window opens
- Choose "Let me configure settings myself" and click Next
- Insert your name (as you would like it to appear on the emails you send) and your email address
- Click Next
- IncrediMail will attempt to automatically fill out the email server settings for you. Enter or verify that your incoming and outgoing servers are:
- Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing SMTP Server Port: 587 Â (NOTE: Do not select "This server requries a secure connection")
- Enter your email address and your email password
- Click Finish
