Our website content maintenance service is where we update your website content for you – throughout the year. What does it generally include? We’ll update the text or photos on your website based on your requirements. For example, if you have a sale or promotion going on, we can include the details on your website. It is more affordable than the cost of hiring/dedicating one full time employee to manage your website content.
What Is Included?
Standard Package
Our Standard Website Content Maintenance package includes:
- 4 updates a year (1 every quarter)
- Up to 1 man hour for each update
- Update the text on the website
- Update the photos on the website (add / remove / replace)
Premium Package
Our Premium Website Content Maintenance package includes:
- Up to 4 updates per month at 2 man hours per update
- Update the text on the website
- Update the photos on the website (add / remove / replace)
- To amend or create new web pages as required
- Full back-ups are taken every week (website & databases)
- Full website link checking is performed weekly
- Updated website sitemaps will be generated and uploaded.
- Google will be notified of new content.
NOTE: Service includes content updates and any amendments to existing software/scripts/pages. Any programming or graphic designing required will be quoted on a project basis.
How Much Does It Cost?
Each of the Web Design Malaysia packages we offer, includes FREE Standard Content Maintenance for the first year. These same benefits are available to Clients who opt for Content Maintenance upon renewal of your website package.
Our Premium Content Maintenance package costs RM 500 per month, to be paid in quarterly advancements.
