The easiest way for us to help you with uncommon technical issues is to allow our team to connect to your computer. However, your PC MUST be connected to the Internet for this to work. If your Internet is not working (and you are unable to search Google, surf websites like Facebook etc), please contact your Internet Service Provider (eg: Unifi, Maxis, TM etc) so that they can assist you.
